3.0 The Club is pleased to have Vincent Ducrey, Internet communications adviser in the government and especially with Luc Chatel.

The debate will be moderated by Benedict Raphael.

We discuss several issues with him: his career, the nature of its business, political communication, politics at the time of the participative web and social, our political representatives and internet (broad subject ;-)) ... This appointment will also allow Vincent to present his book: The guide the influence that comes out March 25.

Ducrey Vincent is an expert in information management, specializing in its propagation in real time. Expertise he gained during his ten year career in all areas of marketing and communications: entrepreneur, strategy consultant, adviser online mobilization, and finally Internet communications adviser in the Government.

Abelkerim Yacoub, we do not show at Club 3.0 ... He engaged in many of the association since its inception. Abdel

will soon leave Chad and launch his presidential campaign, the election taking place in May 2011.

I think you'll have plenty of questions for him, because this project is not a very common ... to 33 years.

To mark the release of his latest book, "a technocrat in sauerkraut," the office "expanded" Club meets Bertrand Cousin 3.0.





Bertrand Cousin, a former student of ENA, has been active in three areas.

- In the administration, he was master of petitions to the State Council, Secretary General of the Higher Committee of Youth and Sports, Director of Legal and Technical Information of the Prime Minister, and Associate Professor University of Paris Dauphine (Communication Law).

- In politics, he was deputy mayor of Brest, Vice-President of the Brittany region (Finance and Plan) and member of the Cotes d'Armor and Finistère.

- In the media, he was secretary general of the national television FR3, deputy director general of the group Hersant, director of the French Agency of Communication, Director General of the Havas Group and Special Advisor to the President of Vivendi Universal .
