To mark the release of his latest book, "a technocrat in sauerkraut," the office "expanded" Club meets Bertrand Cousin 3.0.
Bertrand Cousin, a former student of ENA, has been active in three areas.

Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Editis; Treasurer of the National Union of Publishing and representative to the Federation European Edition.
He is now Special Advisor of the consulting firm Strategic Communications / APCO / France
