3.0 The Club is pleased to receive Franck Laugier:
Aged 39, Chief Cabinet Claude Malhuret, a former minister and mayor of Vichy, President of the association since 2005 COLLCAB which brings together employees of local firm authorities, employees of public office facilities for cooperation between their own tax, employees of groups of elected local assemblies and employees of housing associations who identify with the values espoused by the Republican right and center.
COLLCAB met more than 400 members throughout France.
We discuss her career, life office, the news (with the work of the commission Balladur). What a Dircab today? His daily work, his relationship with elected officials? Is there life after life cabinet? What are the challenges, pitfalls to avoid? What is his vision of current reforms?
