Pokemon Boob Touchers
artist Denitza Mineva-Deslandes 3.0 Club member honored
After studying at the Fine Arts in Sofia, followed by formation of animation in the tradition of the school Czech Denitza Mineva-Deslandes has specialized in publishing presses for Art Deco Paris. Since then, she worked as a graphic designer and freelance illustrator.
She recently created and illustrated a series of three children's books published by Editions Anabet. The series has a sleek and modern graphic style. We find the expression of different cultures that have influenced the illustrator - the art post-communist school cartoon Eastern Europe - and an opening to the contemporary graphic design, the whole enriched by the singular and the artistic sensibility of the author.
texts are funny and poetic, topics - deep: authenticity and sincerity in relation to each other, the need to be yourself to meet real friends, the courage to go after her dreams and the joy of creation, the importance of generosity and sharing.
The small figure of Mi is endearing, clever and brave. It encourages children to be creative and to assert their personality, while keeping their minds open to the other.
